What's Happening Now and Coming Soon to Downtown Roseville

Last Updated 12/16/2021Posted in Information, Businesses, & Events

There’s no denying that this year has been one of unparalleled challenge – each and every person has been impacted in some way by the pandemic we will undoubtedly read about in history books one day. As we navigate the continually shifting circumstances we collectively find ourselves in, if you stop to take a moment to look around at how our local businesses, small shops, and restaurants have been coping and adapting, it becomes evident that there still remains an ever-present hope born from the support of this community we call ours.

Amid the uncertainty of what lies ahead, this hope and the spirit of our downtown district remain strong – neighbors showing up to give their support, businesses supporting businesses, the City finding ways to lend a hand, and the community continuing to rise to the occasion, perhaps with greater purpose than ever before.

Thanks to the support and resilience of our Downtown Roseville community, we continue to see glimmers of hope and growth around the district. We’ve rounded up a few exciting things going on or coming soon to Downtown Roseville...

1. 105 Noshery is Coming Soon to Downtown Roseville

A new Randy Peters experience is coming to Downtown Roseville! Adjacent to their Event Center, the team that brought award-winning fare to the community will be bringing a “dining experience born from Roseville culture” to Vernon Street! Construction is underway and soon you’ll be able to enjoy a new, innovative experience complete with an espresso bar, all-day lunch, and evening cocktail bar.

2. Expanded Patio Dining

In an effort to help support our beloved local restaurants during and through this unprecedented time, the City of Roseville is partnering with the Downtown Roseville Partnership to bring expanded patio dining to the small, locally-owned restaurants. This will increase capacity to allow our Downtown Roseville restaurants to safely accommodate more guests.

3. The Roseville Mural Project Returns

In case you haven’t already heard, after an incredibly successful first year, the Roseville Mural Project will be returning to bring more art to our community thanks to the hard work and dedicated efforts of Downtown Roseville non-profit Blue Line Arts! The next round of murals is slated to begin very soon, but before that happens, be sure to check out the masterpieces the project brought to Downtown Roseville last year!

4. Roseville Downtown Library Sidewalk Pickup

Although the Roseville Libraries are currently closed to the public, their sidewalk pickup program has been so successful they have expanded their hours and begun offering this convenient service at our own Downtown library! You can now pick up your library books right outside the library during designated sidewalk pickup hours! For more information, click here.

As we continue to navigate this challenging time, there are still so many ways for you to show up for your downtown community!
