Serve Your Community - Apply for a City Commission

The Roseville City Council is accepting applications from citizens 18 or older residing within the City limits of Roseville interested in serving on the listed commissions.


Current Vacancies:

Board of Appeals - 5 vacancies

Library Board - 2 vacancies

Parks & Recreation Commission - 4 vacancies

Personnel Board - 3 vacancies

Senior Commission - 4 vacancies

Transportation Commission - 3 vacancies


The commissions meet once or twice a month and serve as advisory bodies to the City Council on such actions as they deem necessary, proper or advisable for the proper administration of City functions.

The application process also includes a video interview. Members receive no compensation for their time, although they may attend training workshops or seminars at City expense.

4 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2020 is the deadline for submitting applications to the City Clerk at 311 Vernon Street. The appointments are tentatively scheduled to be made at a January 2020 Council meeting.
