Last-Minute Ideas to Celebrate Mother's Day in Downtown Roseville
If you're still in need of ideas for Mother’s Day this weekend, then look no further! There are plenty of ways you can make Mom’s day in Downtown Roseville. Food, fun, and fashion...we have it all!
Don’t Miss BerryFest Farmer’s Market!
There’s something for everyone at this farmer’s market version of BerryFest. This free-to-attend event is a must-go for strawberry lovers. There will be vendors selling strawberry-related goods, the Little Miss Strawberry pageant, strawberry-flavored treats, and more! Even if Mom is one of the rare people who doesn’t fancy strawberries, she’ll still enjoy live performances and perhaps a drink at the adult beverage garden!
Treat Mom to a Terrific Meal
All reservations are currently booked at 105 Noshery for Mother’s Day, but walk-ins are still welcome if you would like to savor their Mother’s Day menu. If you do not mind visiting a day ahead, there are still tables available on Saturday. Either way, Mom will still be served delicious food! Additionally, they are having an in-restaurant-only Mother’s Day special on gift cards...just $89 for $105!
The Place may still be open for walk-ins on Mother's Day weekend. Nela’s Mexican Restaurant is also open on Sunday for brunch and The Trax is open for lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. The Monk’s Cellar is also open on Saturday, May 7th.
Gift Her Fresh Blooms
While Bartlett’s may be filled up on delivery orders (please double check with them), you can still stop by the day before Mother’s Day to pick up some gifts and fresh flowers for mom. Please note they are not open on Sundays.
Even More Gifts for Mom
You can’t go wrong with a fabulous piece from Threads Clothing Exchange! Don’t forget their selection of jewelry made by local artisans. Also, browse Terra Cottage Collective’s clothing and home décor items as well as Sparrow 5’s eclectic collection of art pieces. Please note Threads Clothing Exchange and Sparrow 5 are closed on Sundays.
Take a Stroll Around Royer Park
Sometimes the best activities are free! Walk, run, or bike around this 17-acre park complete with a duck pond. Maybe even play a good game of tennis or do a morning yoga session with mom. There’s also a great spot in the park for a picnic!
Gift Cards and eGift Cards
If you can't decide what to get Mom, then let her do the choosing. Most Downtown Roseville businesses offer gift cards! If you're really in a pinch and cannot purchase a physical gift card, many stores even offer eGift cards that can be sent straight to her inbox on the same day.
