CONCERTS ON THE SQUARE
Several talented tribute acts are on the lineup for this year’s Concerts on the Square taking place in Vernon Street Town Square every third Saturday from June to September!

June 15th: “Red” Tribute to Taylor Swift
On June 15th, listen to the music of Taylor Swift performed by Lauren Corzine in “Red”. Corzine began her career as a singer/songwriter. However, after being consistently told that she resembles and sounds like Taylor Swift, she started “Red” to bring the Taylor Swift experience to more fans. The setlist will feature a mixture of songs from Swift’s albums. Corzine, herself a hardcore Taylor Swift fan, puts her best effort into providing an authentic concert.
July 20th: Zepparella (Led Zeppelin Tribute)
Zepparella is a 4-piece, all-female group performing the music of Led Zeppelin. Anna Kristina fronts the group with her powerful vocals, along with Gretchen Menn on guitar, Holly West on bass, and Clementine on drums. These ladies bring a unique touch to the greatest hits from Led Zeppelin...a performance is surely not to be missed!
August 17th: Aeromyth (Tribute to Aerosmith)
Gil T. Serrano plays a very convincing Steven Tyler in Aeromyth. Gil plays solo and in a variety of other bands, but Aeromyth is one of his most famous acts. Hailed worldwide as “the ultimate Aerosmith tribute experience,” the band has performed in countless international venues since 2007. They have received much recognition for their performance, including being named as one of the top 10 tribute bands in the world by Gibson Guitars and being featured on nationally televised shows such as Regis & Kelly and The Jay Leno Show.
September 21st: Faux Fighters (Foo Fighters Tribute Band)
The Faux Fighters are as real as it gets when performing as The Foo Fighters. The first thing you may notice is lead singer Chelsea Scott’s doppelganger appearance to Foo lead singer, David Grohl. And that’s how the band got its start. Other than physical similarities, all members of the band also have extreme stage presence and strong musical abilities. They will certainly have you dancing to the beat of the music from one of America’s greatest rock bands.

MUSIC IN THE PARK
Set in the lush green grass and spacious outdoor stage area in Royer Park, stop by for live music every second Sunday until September.

Busta Groove! will have you on your feet busting out your grooviest dance moves. Playing the best party hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and today, the band was named one of the best bands for corporate and wedding events. Some of the tunes that you can expert to hear include music from Earth, Wind, and Fire, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, and Bruno Mars.
Born in Sacramento, Moonshine Crazy is one of NorCal’s best country music acts. They write original music as well as covering some of the most beloved country songs. Their debut hit, “The American Way”, brings their audience together with upbeat patriotic flair. Earning much praise for her voice quality, lead singer Jessica Spaid’s entrancing live vocals will leave audiences speechless.
September 8th: Garratt Wilkin & the Parrotheads
A perfect finale to the summer season, Garratt Wilkin & the Parrotheads will bring tropical beaches, pina coladas, and carefree days to you with the music of Jimmy Buffett. Hailing from Placerville, Garratt Wilkin and his band have spread good vibes and performed at numerous events across the country.

DOWNTOWN TUESDAY NIGHTS
Happening every Tuesday until July 30th, Downtown Tuesday Nights is one of Roseville’s best events to attend this summer. Live music is one of the highlights of the event.
If high-energy is your jam, then 8 Track Massacre is a must-see act! They will take you on a musical journey through the decades with an electrifying performance featuring rock music from artists such as Def Leppard, Tom Petty, and Green Day.
As their name may suggest, Power Play puts the power in dance music. Be prepared to groove to the slickest tunes at the disco from the 70s to the hottest tunes on the dance floor today. Their setlist includes artists such as ABBA, Journey, Dua Lipa, and The Weeknd.
Playing southern rock music, Southbound is a 6-piece local band that is ready to bring country rock to you! They have performed at several venues across town including the Opera House Saloon and Halfway Inn in Roseville.
There’s more dance party music coming your way! And this time it will be performed by Tijuana Weekend! This group has covered songs such as “Achy Breaky Heart” originally sung by Billy Ray Cyrus and Queen’s “Fat Bottomed Girls.”
Are you up for some old-school R & B? “Love Somebody” is a dynamic family band performing music by artists such as Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin. They also perform music by contemporary R&B, soul, and funk artists such as Bruno Mars, Usher, and Mary J. Blige. Their mission is to uplift people through their music.
Based in Northern California, Foreigner Legacy performs the greatest hits from one of the greatest rock bands of all time, Foreigner. A feast for the eyes and ears, the band will perform Foreigner’s greatest hits such as “Jukebox Hero,” “Cold as Ice,” “Urgent,” “I Want to Know What Love Is,” and more. Comprised of a talented group of musicians with decades of experience in performing live music, you won’t be disappointed!
Performing the songs of John Cougar Mellencamp and Bryan Adams, Cougar Adams has been bringing the nostalgia of the 80s since 2008. They will leave you feeling as if you were really at a John Cougar Mellencamp and Bryan Adams concert!

We are seeing many interesting musical acts on the summer performance list including an additional Taylor Swift tribute event, a Led Zeppelin tribute act, a Van Halen vs. Ozzy Ozbourne tribute act, and a Tom Petty tribute act.

July 5th : Yerin Baek, Jonny, and Chiheon "The Volunteers"
The one that particularly stands out to us are Yerin Baek, Jonny, and Chiheon of “The Volunteers.” Yerin Baek is a popular singer-songwriter in South Korea who is a solo artist and part of the 3-piece band “The Volunteers”. “The Volunteers” is performing at Goldfield Trading Post on Friday, July 5th, as part of their North America Tour. It is not every day we have performers come all the way from South Korea to perform in Roseville, so don’t miss this opportunity!

THE FIG TREE COFFEE, ART, AND MUSIC LOUNGE
The Fig Tree is a gathering place for budding musicians who would like to perform and practice their music within an intimate setting. The performances are ongoing, and they release a new performance list every week on their Facebook account. You can inquire about performing at their venue or sign up/step up during Open Mic Night every Saturday.
