Another favorite is their “Uma Besta!” Peri-Peri pork belly burger that’s sure to please.

Ground fresh by Roseville Meat Market, Monk’s burgers are a perfect blend of short rib, brisket, and chuck. They are served with a side of their famous duck fat fries. Our favorite is the signature “Monk’s Burger.” The pickled onions give your taste buds a flavorful kick!

FOOD TRUCK MANIA (May 9th)
This month’s Food Truck Mania features Gameday Grill, a well-known Sacramento area food truck serving burgers and sandwiches. This small business has garnered many rave reviews for their offerings, especially for their “Tri-tip Loaded Fries” which many reviewers praise for their sizeable portions, fantastic flavor, and texture.
Food Truck Mania happens every second Thursday at Vernon Street Town Square until November 14th.
