10th Anniversary Celebration: We Love Whiskey and Barrel-Aged Beer!

Day 2 of The Monk Cellar's week-long anniversary celebration is all about whiskey. There will be a release of a private barrel of 10-year-old Elijah Craig Barrel Proof & 2 Barrel Aged Collaboration Beers with Moksa Brewing Co.
Their award-winning bar team has created a "Signature 10th Anniversary Cocktail" using the Elijah Craig barrel pick. Bottles of this one-of-a-kind whiskey will be available to-go.
More than a year ago the brewery team from Moksa came to Monk's to brew up an imperial stout, that has been resting in two different whiskey barrels ever since. The result is:
Ambition aged in a Spirit Works Distilling wheated bourbon barrel, then treated with Coffee, Vanilla Bean, & Almonds 13.1% abv.
Tradition aged in a Frey Ranch bourbon barrel, then treated with Vanilla Bean. 13.1% abv
Both available on draft & in bottles to-go.
