Downtown Roseville is experiencing new growth and development evidenced by major projects underway.

New Retail Complex
A new 83,000 square foot mixed use building at 316 Vernon Street is scheduled for completion in January, 2017. The four-story structure will house various city departments, ground floor retail space, and instructional space for Sierra College.
Construction of a multi-story parking garage between Vernon Street’s 200 block and Oak Street is underway with completion in early 2017. It will provide approximately 468 additional parking places.
