Board Members

Mark Vespoli : Board President

Mark owns several downtown Roseville properties, including 219 Vernon Street, 400 Vernon Street, 404 Vernon Street, 601 Vernon Street and 106 Judah. He joined DRP to bring a well rounded voice to the table, obtained through owning, starting, and operating businesses in Downtown Roseville.

David Piches : Vice President

David founded Piches Architecture at 115 Taylor Street in Downtown Roseville. He has served on many boards, including the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, Roseville Merchant's Association, Roseville Arts Center, and Roseville Urban Forest Foundation. By joining the DRP, Dave hopes to be foster creative design solutions and encourage actions that will maintain existing improvements.

Mike Esparza : Treasurer

Mike is President /Chief Financial Officer of All-Call Insurance Agency. He owns the downtown Roseville properties located at 501 Vernon, 503 Vernon and 505 Vernon Street. He joined DRP board because he believes with the future plans and expected growth; Downtown Roseville has even greater potential. Mike looks forward to being a part of those efforts.

Thomas Carlson : Secretary

Thomas is the owner of Carlson Tax Consultants Inc., at 510 Oak Street in Downtown Roseville. He is a member of the AICPA and the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. As a local business owner and also a property owner it seemed like a natural fit to become active in the local downtown business scene. Becoming a board member of the DRP was an opportunity to serve the downtown business owners and property owners and to give back to the local business community.

Lisa Peters

Lisa is the owner and president of Randy Peters Catering & Event Center located on Vernon Street, and has been involved in the restaurant and catering industry in the Sacramento area for over 20 years. Lisa is known as a well-known community leader and supporter, serving on local boards, participating in a number of local chambers and giving back to the community on a regular basis. Some of her community involvement includes Feed My Starving Children Team Leader, Roseville Chamber of Commerce Board Member, and the South Placer Women's Leadership Coalition.

Chris Robles

Chris is wearing multiple hats as the representative for the City of Roseville. He is both the City's Economic Development Director and also sits on the board of the Roseville Community Development Corporation (RCDC), a non-profit that works in concert with the City for robust economic growth. He joined DRP board to further the City's role in continuing to develop a vibrant downtown.

Steve Fuhrman

Steve is President of the Fuhrman Leamy Land Group at 231 Vernon Street and is a proud resident of and neighbor to the businesses on Vernon Street east of Taylor. He joined DRP board to continue participating and maintaining the vision of redevelopment and economic success for downtown proprieties and businesses.

Geoff Sakala

Geoff is a digital marketing professional and the founder of Clickspring at 224 Vernon Street. He opened his business in the heart of Roseville to provide his employees with a vibrant workplace within a walkable distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. He joined the board to represent the voice of merchants and businesses in Downtown with the hope of further enhancing the business climate.

Haavard Sterri

Haavard is a Senior Director of Marketing for Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL) with CA offices on Vernon Street, Roseville. Consolidated Communications is a leading business and broadband communications provider serving customers across its 11-state service area. The company provides advanced communication solutions to consumer, commercial and carrier customers by leveraging its fiber-rich network. As the senior marketing executive he has the responsibility for executing all marketing and advertising initiatives for the company.


Kat Maudru

Operations and Public Relations Consultant

Kat has an extensive background in community and public relations. She will be overseeing all operational benefits to the District including: day porter (guide services), maintenance and service contracts. She is also the District publicist.
